If you are using RF-mod 4.15, it is in the data folder. If it weren't, you wouldn't be able to run FOF at all, since library.zip contains all of the game code. Library.dae is a different type of file. true, but it's not there, I can take a screenshot of it and you wouldn't be able to find it either...
