Anyone know why my uploaded scores dont show up as rock band songs in the wembley chart thing?

Is anyone else getting tons of small jumps in-game with RC1 like me? I just played the full release of 3.100 and it was super smooth, when I play RC1 I can barely get 3 stars on songs because it's jumping so much. I have all the same settings I'm using on 3.100 and I've tried having the psyco both ...

My fof is a bit weird it looks choppy every 5-10 seconds but my fps doesnt go below 50 ever. When i play GHWT after FoF im just amazed by how smooth GH is.
