I'm so glad that so many people helped me when I needed it. It's not like I've since discarded Ubuntu 18.04 for Windows 11 and have worked on other projects since then!
God, I love sarcasm!

Re: The NEW FretsOnFire - Python 3 Edition (Working Title) - Help Wanted!
Hey all, it's been a while. I've still got the NewFoF files; not sure what to do with them. I haven't checked on FoFIX development, but I might repurpose my copy of Frets for something else.

Re: FoFIX 2021 - recover old content (themes, necks, songs)
I have started a new project based on FoFiX which intends to refresh Frets On Fire for use with Python 3. I'll make sure to add this in my to-do list. EDIT: Here's a tip - if you try to access certain deleted FoFFF threads through the Wayback Machine, you might be able to recover some content. That'...

Re: The NEW FretsOnFire - Python 3 Edition (Working Title) - Help Wanted!
Reinventing the wheel on your own is no small feat. It's worth pointing out that FoFiX is still actively developed, albeit slowly, over on GitHub by a small team. Might be worth sourcing from that instead of whatever public release you found from 10 years ago, or better yet, submitting some pull re...

The NEW FretsOnFire - Python 3 Edition (Working Title) - Help Wanted!
Hey everyone! Not exactly sure where to post this, so if it's in the wrong place, I ask the mods to please move it. I'm in the middle of recreating FretsOnFire! As of now, the project uploaded is the latest FoFiX version I can find (from over ten years ago), so it still uses Python 2.x. Over time, I...

Python 2.7 on Ubuntu 18.04 refuses to load Image module
Hey, guys! I'm running Ubuntu 18.04 LTS, just tried to run both FoF 1.3.110 and FoFiX 3.121. They are both giving me this error: ImportError: No module named Image I nearly broke my computer trying to uninstall and reinstall PIL 2.7, but that didn't fix the issue. I also tried to install the module ...

Re: How To: Convert Phase Shift to Console
Hello, I go by HarvHouHacker on other sites. I know I'm posting in an old thread, but let me explain. I'm in several communities about Rock Band custom songs and hacks. I also maintain the Rock Band Customs Project, which deal with all that and abandoned DLC. I ran across Bluzer's thread early on in...
