Re: Great Books
I just finished reading "Relentless" by Dean Koontz, and it was quite a good book, his "Frankenstein" trilogy is fantastic as well. "Under the dome" by Stephen King is a great one as well (kind of lengthy but worth it). I can't think of anything else right now.

Holy crap!! version 3 looks so freaking cool. It makes me want to leave my xplorer aside and play with my keyboard again.
Awesome man.

Re: How to change notes?
-.- Megalight gh III theme dont have spinnotes Mhhh... I just checked and you seem to be right. Hey felixdaman18 maybe you already replaced the notes but can't tell the difference because the megalight GH3 are very similar to the actual ones(maybe because of the fact that they are based on them). I...

Re: How to change notes?
I think I know what is your problem. In addition to replacing the notes.png and the fretbuttons.png you also need to replace the spinnotes.png.(this is basically the frames of the rotating starpower starnotes.) Hope it helps. P.S. This is one of the reasons for which I think we should implement some...

Re: Choose frets and notes
People see the word "Python" and get scared. Creating/editing custom themes is not going to be harder. It's most likely going to be easier. Two extra lines at the top, and proper spacing is the only difference. And then if you want to have a go at something harder, there will be so much m...

Re: Choose frets and notes
Best way to solve that would be scaling info bundled with the notes. A notes.ini, as it were, or more likely a customnotes.py the way things are going. Then scaling info could be held there for FoFiX to use. I was thinking of something like this too. Because with the way the themes are going to wor...

Re: [ Some questions of 3.120 with rb2 theme ]
Mmmhh.. I thought I really sucked on the drums when I played drums in fofix. 2 stars for "the eye of the tiger on hard". Then I played it on RB and 5*ed it. So yeah I think there is an issue with the drum scoring. Although I think I read somewhere that each instrument will have it's own cl...

Re: [ Maximus speed in your frets on fire ]
It was running really good, with all the neat features and shaders, in my previous machine.
Just for reference it was
3.1 celeron, 3 gigs of ram, onboard 5.1 sound, and a geforce 7400.

Re: FoFiX 4.0 Theme System FAQ
Seems pretty reasonable. Once this is done I might actually make a theme for fofix, that way I can put my artistic skills to use and finally get to start learning python.(which shouldn't be really hard being an object oriented programing language, thanks java and AC3).
lol at kid.

Re: Guitar Hero III Theme -=[For FoFiX 4.0.0+]=-
I've remade new images for the changes recently made in code by Akedrou for the scrolling background setlist image. IT'S NOT DONE YET of course, i just need a little bit more time to fine tune it. But now it's finally FOREVER now, AND no matter what resolution your in. YAY!!! Great I've been waitin...

Re: Is this guitar compatible with Frets on Fire/FoFiX?
Ps3 guitar should work fine(at least wired) not really sure if the tilt on wireless work. I use my Rock Band 2 Stratocaster guitar for the Wii, works fine. Didn't have to intall anything, just plug and play. Also the tilt works fine. Same thing for the drums So you tilt your drums to activate starpo...

Re: Choose frets and notes
Player dependant mods would be cool, but you'd have to be careful with that. The way the current mod system works would not work with player-dependant mods (at least not in multiplayer). But you could structure something to work similar... and now we come back to the original idea of the OP :tongue...
