Re: EOF 1.8RC12 - Now with Rocksmith 2014 support
I'm playing on Phase Shift, but definitely, the issue is comming from the MIDI itself. When I open it with EOF. It just won't save the toms I switch into cymbals, blue, green or yellow. So when I play the charts, they remain as toms. When I hit Crtl+S to save the notes.eof, the MIDI file it creates ...

Re: EOF 1.8RC12 - Now with Rocksmith 2014 support
I'm having an issue on some MIDI files I'm correcting: when I open a file for the first time in EoF, some cymbals are switching to toms, and even when I change them back to cymbals while editing, they remain toms when I play or re-open the file. On the other hand, the notes.eof file saves the change...

Re: EOF 1.8RC12 - Now with Rocksmith 2014 support
EDIT Oh wait, I found it: the five-lane drum was the responsible! I should have get it earlier when I noticed I could chart orange stuff... Make sure you're altering the correct drum track, there are two of them accessible in EOF. By "the other cymbals" are you saying other blue cymbal no...

Re: EOF 1.8RC12 - Now with Rocksmith 2014 support
Maybe I'm bad at it (that is really possible), but when I toggle a blue note to cymbal, it remains as a blue tom in Phase Shift, advanced drums. I tried to toggle it with ctrl+B and ctrl+alt+C. The other cymbals are working like a charm on the other hand, so I'm quite lost.

Re: Phase Shift : e-Drums Midi Link Not Working
As posted i nthe other drum thread (about 3 posts underneath this one) In Phase Shift, all you need is hit tab to bring up the profiles, then go to the top option, which is Midi Link, then select Link Midi Device (I think it says), and then choose the Generic option. Assuming your kit has the basic...

Phase Shift : e-Drums Midi Link Not Working
For some obscure reason beyond my knowledge, I can't do anything with the Midi Drums option in PS. The game detects the drumkit, and even work if I select Generic Piano or Generic Guitar (the mapping is ****** up but hey, it's not drums). But it doesn't do anything when I select both of the drums op...

Re: New domain! FretsOnFire.org
Hi! I think you should be warn about this: the old domain name redirect to a phishing website. It asks for a e-mail address to have "access" to this real forum (https://www.fretsonfire.org). And to make it more realistic, there is a blurred copy of the real forum in background (http://www...

Re: New domain! FretsOnFire.org
It seems the redirect is not working anymore, I had a little hard attack seeing the forum turned into a (spam) slots site. But after a quick search, I discovered that my link was actually the .net domain.
All that to say: the redirect doesn't work anymore.

EOF: Extend Charting Space
So, since the searchbar doesn't seem to be back on track (or doesn't seem to like me, which is totally possible), I don't know if the question has been already asked, but I'd like to know: How do you extend the space of charting? My song starts wayyy before there's a beat and I can't chart (for obvi...

Re: Connect Xbox Drums To PC With Dongle
My drums doesn't seem to boot like it's supposed to. I have to press the Xbox button to make it blink quickly, but it doesn't stay green for long.

Re: Connect Xbox Drums To PC With Dongle
Well, there is the Xbox button, but there's also a connect button on the back of the drums. Thing is, I press buttons on the dongle and the drums at the same time and... It doesn't seem to work.

Connect Xbox Drums To PC With Dongle
Okay... Are you guys ready for the stupidest question ever? I have a X360 GH drums, apparently working. I got the wireless dongle, which works as well, because I already connected a guitar with it. My question being: what are the steps once the dongle is plugged and the drivers are installed? Which ...
